Recovering from binge eating involves more than stopping the behaviour, it requires understanding and shifting the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that fuel it.
This group is an evidence-informed, skills-based program designed to help individuals better understand binge eating, reduce binge eating behaviours, and develop a healthier relationship with food. The group combines education, practical skill development, and guided discussion in a compassionate non-judgmental environment.
Through education and skill development, individuals will gain practical tools to interrupt the binge cycle, respond to emotions more effectively, reduce shame, and improve overall well-being.
