What is Live-in Treatment?

Live-in Treatment offers round-the-clock care and support for youth (age 12-24) struggling with eating disorders. This program has a dedicated team of clinicians, committed to helping clients achieve lasting recovery.

Live-in Treatment provides a safe space away from the pressures of daily life, where clients can focus on healing in a comfortable, home-like environment.

With multi-disciplinary professionals overseeing care and a team of clinicians addressing various aspects of the recovery journey, clients will receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.  The program is also designed to include families in the recovery process.

Q: Who is Live-In Treatment for?

A: Youth age 12-24

If your condition is severe but doesn't meet hospitalization criteria, live-in care could be invaluable for recovery. Similarly, if you've been discharged from hospital are medically stable but still need substantial support, live-in treatment is one of the best next-steps. How to Apply?

With your doctor or health care provider

You can request a referral from a healthcare provider you are currently working with (Physician, Psychologist, Social Worker etc.). They will need to fill this form out on your behalf and submit it.

Where is the centre?

Situated in Calgary's inner-city neighbourhood of Renfrew, EHN Sandstone Recovery Centre is nestled amidst tranquil, tree-lined streets. The facility was designed to be a home away from home and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
