What is a
Recovery Plan?

A recovery plan helps you identify your long-term goals and outline a path toward where you want to be. Its purpose is to serve as a reliable map that you can return to when things feel difficult or uncertain.

We create this plan together, blending your insight and experiences with our clinical guidance to ensure it truly reflects what you need right now.

The recovery plan isn’t meant to be a strict set of rules or something you have to follow perfectly. As you grow and discover more about what truly supports your wellbeing, we can adjust the plan so it continues to evolve with you.
