Family Focused Support offers a range of specialized programs designed to meet the distinct needs of individuals impacted by eating disorders in different ways—whether as teens experiencing the illness firsthand, parents navigating daily challenges, or loved ones seeking to better understand and support recovery.

PARENT Support Group

Supporting a Loved One With an Eating Disorder

These 2-hour sessions will build your foundational knowledge of eating disorders, effective treatment and sustainable recovery. You'll gain a deeper understanding of eating disorders, explore practical ways to support your loved one, and care for your own emotional well-being in the process. Whether you're feeling helpless, burnt out, or just looking for connection—this workshop is here for you.
